The scheme to develop the original 1860s villa into a conference centre was completed by Edward Cullinan in the 1980s, and was listed Grade 2 in 2014. Our Client is developing the site into about 55 houses and apartments, mainly by the conversion of the existing buildings but including the construction of one new block.
We are currently completing our designs for all building and site services.
