We were brought into this project with SEH following a Stage D scheme by others. Due to reconfiguration of the layout we had in fact to completely redesign the Project.
New mechanical and electrical services were introduced, including comfort cooling. All systems were designed to allow the separation of the auditorium into two independent halls, both with full AV facilities.
An air sock was used to provide supply air distribution in the auditorium.
We designed both the house and performance lighting installations and control systems, and together with a specialist supplier developed the AV installations.
We deliver award-winning coordinated building services engineering solutions: cost effective, user friendly, energy efficient, and always conscious of the architectural objectives.
