The project comprised the conversion of a 1950s office block into 46 luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom rental apartments upgraded to the highest standards for Swedish landlord Akelius, with whom we have completed a number of similar projects.
Central boiler plant was specified, with heat interface units (HIUs) in each apartment and central metering systems allowing Akelius to bill for energy usage remotely.
